Hey so in this video I'm going to talk about a best practice that I wanted to share in regards to SAQ plus C otherwise known as speed agility quickness and cardio so in SAQ plus C inevitably there's going to be instances where you want people to do a single activity whether that's running or biking or airdyne or rower and sometimes people just type in say airdyne right if that's the airdyne bike or row rowing and today I was going to talk about being more specific in the titling of your exercises which is going to help you out in a couple of ways so as opposed to creating an exercise called airdyne I would I would avoid doing that and if I were to create an exercise called airdyne I would think about the distance.
Or the some more specific parameter for what the airdyne is in that point in time so for example if you can take a look here this says airdyne 20 cal and maybe the best way to to name this is to call it airdyne first that way all of our exercises will be grouped together all right and then call this 20 cal and then if I had other instances where I wanted to do the airdyne but do it based on time I can say 10 minute sprint or just 10 minutes all right and then if I have 10 minute obviously people can submit either distance so miles or they could submit say calories how many calories they burned and obviously if I want to track this I can say the higher the.
