Okay, so we've got a new feature to announce and this feature has been long awaited because we've been talking about it, talking about doing it, and finally we're ready to release it. So, just a note, this is out on iOS only, so iPhone users, but of course we're going to do Android, we just have to do these things one at a time. So, this feature is video upload, okay? So, athletes can now record themselves using their phones and then upload a video to TeamBuilder for coaches to see. So, I've got my iPhone out here, I've got the TeamBuilder app ready, and I'm going to go into Benchpress. So, let's say that I get into Benchpress and I want to add a video of myself because the coach instructed it, of the working set for instance. So, on the bottom.
Right you see this yellow icon, that's the journal entry or note section, right? So, if we add notes here it goes into the athlete journal and coaches can view the athlete journal. So, let's say working set, two sets, right? I took two attempts or whatever. Bear with me here, just trying to type on my phone into this video. So, on the bottom left this video icon, if I press it, will let me choose a video that I have on my phone that I recorded of myself. And when I choose it, I can go ahead and just search through my videos and select a video. I'll choose this one and then I'll choose a second video just from a different angle, right? So, you can do one video, multiple videos, it's up to the athlete,.
Up to you as a coach whether you want them to do that. So, for our purposes, I'll do two videos. I'll say Benchpress and then Benchpress 2. And here, the athlete might put in the weight that they're doing, maybe the number of reps that they got. It's up to them. So, again, I'll choose a second video and then I'll upload this. And now, I've got two videos attached to this note that I'm adding and it's going to be appended to this exercise that the coach prescribed, Barbell Benchpress.
Okay? So, if I go ahead and click this green check box, check mark, it's going to confirm and add that note. Okay, great. So, just so everyone knows, when I add a note as an athlete, that note actually goes into my journal. So, if I go to the bottom right and click more, I can see that in my journal area, my notes show up. So, if I click journal, which is the second one from the top, I've got this journal entry, which is my two Benchpress videos appended to the Barbell Benchpress prescribed to me on February 22nd. Okay, great. So, now we're going to take a look at the coach view. So, coaches can access these videos by going into workout tools and down to the journal. When I click.
Journal, I can search by name. So, in this case, if I submitted that, I'll say Hewitt Tomlin. And then now, my videos show up in the journal. I can take a look at this video. Okay, great. And then if I see there's a second video, I can just swipe over and then click the second video. And then now I can view this angle here as well. Perfect. All right. So, now the coach can also add their own notes to the journal for this athlete. So, I can go in here and say Benchpress. And I can say Hewitt can go heavier. Form and speed looks great. And then you can say Athlete can view this entry. So, that means that the athlete will then get this note back.
Into their journal. And this is the feedback loop. You're writing notes in response to videos that they're sending you. And this is great for remote training. I'll go ahead and confirm this. And then maybe if I could find my iPhone. Here it is. If I go back to my iPhone, I should be able to refresh and then see the coach note shows up. And then if I look into it, I can see my coach says I can go heavier. My form looks good. And then that's a little bit of feedback that I got from my coach right here in the app. Okay. Perfect. So, just so everyone knows, if an athlete adds a journal entry in the journal section, this is for themselves. So, they can choose to.
Have a journal entry in here that a coach can view or just keep it private for themselves. It's up to them. So, they can toggle here to see if the coach can see it or not. And this is the extent of the video feature that we've built so far. So, just so everyone knows, fairly soon we'll be having this feature set up so that athletes can record videos and then choose to either have it go only to the journal or they can choose to have it go to the team feed. And when things make their way into the team feed, coaches can actually search. Okay. So, here's your boy, Hewitt. That's me. Taking a little selfie. Gotta show those gains. So, know that.
You can search using a hashtag. So, if you're using hashtag bench press, hashtag nutrition, you can actually filter posts using this hashtag. So, if you have a heavy squat day and you're having people do singles or doubles and you want to look at everyone's videos, just go to the team feed and then hit that hashtag, type it in there or click it and then we'll filter for the hashtag. And instead of going to journal and going to each athlete, you can filter the team feed for that. So, just so when you're in the journal section, you can search by athletes. You can also search by exercise. So, if I went to 1RM bench press, let me go ahead and try, here it is. It's going to filter those out for entries that are doing.
Bench press as well. So, there's nothing wrong with that. You can use this to filter by exercises. But the team feed can also be used as soon as we allow videos to make their way into the team feed. So, video uploads are latest feature. Again, if you have feedback on how you want to see this feature progress, we've gathered quite a bit of feedback before building this, obviously. We want to hear what people think of it now and how we can keep building this out. And of course, I said earlier in the video, Android will be coming out soon.
But this is our feature. It's ready to go. If you have an iOS app with Team Builder, you can record video and upload it to your journal for coaches to see. Coaches can reply and coach using the notes section as well.
