So in this video today, we'll be going over how to use Zapier to notify a coach if an athlete hasn't completed the checkout process and thus been added to managed users, but has not paid and will not receive their program. This will then allow the coach to then either set up another Zap later to reach out to the athlete themselves and remind them, possibly give them a discount to complete their purchase or remove them from their managed users page and then thus removing them from their current athlete count. So what I'll be doing here is going to create a new Zap in Zapier.

Creating this new Zap, I'm going to set a trigger. That trigger will be coming from Team Builder and in this, we'll say that trigger event is essentially going to be right here, this new subscriber. A new registration comes when a program is actually completed of a purchase versus the new subscriber is that first part where they essentially enter their information but have not finalized the payments being entered to then finalize the payment. Once that is done, then the action being done is going to be the trigger for either Gmail or some MailChimp to then automate an email. I'm just going to use Gmail for example here and in that new subscriber piece, I would connect my Team Builder account right here by signing in. In the Gmail, I would then also sign in right here and that action.
