0:00Okay, let's talk about how to use the EasyJoin code. So an EasyJoin code is a technique for adding athletes into TeamBuilder. It only works for athletes and clients. It doesn't work for coach accounts. But I recommend EasyJoin code because it's a really easy way to get athletes and clients to sign up without having to upload a spreadsheet or to manually type in first name, last name, email. So in order to access EasyJoin codes, you have to go to Manage Users under Coach Tools, and then click EasyJoin codes here on the left.

0:35Now here is the thing that you'll want to do before creating an EasyJoin code. You're going to want to create a group and or calendar for these athletes or clients to join. Because if you don't, it's just going to add them into TeamBuilder, and then you're going to have to go through the process of adding them to a group or calendar yourself. You can get that out of the way if you assign a group and or calendar to the EasyJoin code before you go ahead and send out the EasyJoin code.
