Alright, so we released a new feature here and this one is actually for all subscribers. So silver, gold and platinum will be able to take advantage of this. Maybe you saw a video on the relative strength coefficient that I put out a few weeks ago and it came with an Excel template to work with that report. Now we actually just built that Excel template into TeamBuilder directly. So to run the relative strength coefficient you'll have to go run a max report.
So just choose a group and then go ahead and just choose the total and average if you want. And then you can see that there's this additional checkbox here called calculate relative strength. So what we'll do is we'll take the sum of any lifts that you choose. So take for instance back squat, take body weight, I'm sorry not body weight, take bench press. And let's just take those two for now. And then let's go ahead and just say show body weight column.
