Welcome to this video. This video was going to cover a concept called lead-in programming. And to understand lead-in programming, I'm going to add a new program in our payments portal and then go ahead and go to the second pane. So once I get here, I choose a calendar assignment, which in this case, just as an example, I'll use summer program. And then team builder is going to ask me a series of very important questions, and this is going to determine when people start the program when they buy it. Okay, so a pre-built program means that this program is built. And then now team builder wants to ask me when people will start doing this program. So if the first day of the program is the 2nd of November, and it's a Monday, and I'm adamant that everyone should start.

On a Monday, I can then check this checkbox and it's going to say that they will only start on Monday. And what that means is that if someone buys your program on a Tuesday, they actually wait until next Monday to actually get a training program on their app. So the problem with that obviously is that someone buys a program and they don't have anything to do for several days until Monday comes around. And that's where this concept of lead in programming exists. So as you can see, when I check the box to tell team builder to subscribe people only on Monday, what team builder will say is we recommend scheduling seven days of quote unquote lead in workouts prior to the first workout date. So the customer can see workouts immediately after purchase. This is very important. Okay. So.
