So athlete archiving allows coaches to archive athletes as an alternative to completely deleting the athletes and their data. This feature ensures that an athlete's login credentials are suspended while preserving the athlete's account and its comprehensive data. The stored information remains accessible for restoration at any point, making it a crucial tool for managing athlete records efficiently and compliantly.
