Okay so in this video we'll cover how to add videos to exercises in team builder so if you go to coach tools and then your exercise database you might notice that you see some exercises that have this little play button next to it and if you click on it or a video will pop up so sometimes you'll get a database with our videos and of course you can replace our videos with your videos or you can add a new exercise and add a video to it so either way when you edit or add an exercise you will have this box here called video link and the key is to obviously paste your video url into that box so in this example i'm going to pull up a front squat youtube video all i do is.
