All right folks this is Hewitt Tomlin at TeamBuilder HQ located in Landover, Maryland just outside of Washington DC. And today's video is important because we have made some big developments in how we manage our exercise database. Now if you've ever done a training with me that the first thing we cover is maintaining a clean exercise database and that's the foundation to any good account. So here's the issue sometimes when we import our exercise database or templates into an existing account then your exercises and our exercises get mixed together in the same database and if you have back squat and we have back squat then you have two back squats. Well we've fixed that issue now. So basically we have two types of databases. We have.
Your master database and this is going to be the one that is your master that's the one that you use. And then we have this one called imported exercises. And imported exercises is where we can import our exercises before you introduce them into your master database. Now if you do not have an exercise database at all and you ask for our exercises we are just going to import them into your master. And then from there on we are going to import them into this one here. So let's take the imported exercise database. Now let's say we just put these exercises into your account and you want to introduce them into your account. Well what you can do is you can just do check all and if you understand that all of.
