Hey folks, I'm going to cover body weight and how we can first prescribe exercises that have to do with body weight and then also have that account in for volume load and rep counts. So first let's cover body weight. You can track body weight either by programming it into a workout or recording it yourself as a coach. So to program it, you just click add exercise and you hit the more icon. You go to health and then you just allow select body weight and then add that to the workout. And this is essentially asking the athlete to weigh in for you as part of the workout that day. Now the other way you can do it is go to workout tools, go to maxes and PRs and then just.
Hit the plus sign you're adding a max, but you're just going to click this health button and then go ahead and choose athlete or group. And then you can go ahead and choose body weight and then you'll get a list for body weight. And this could be a daily thing or a weekly thing that you do. Okay. So now that you have some body weight values in here, here's what we can do. We can go to the exercise database and then we can take an exercise such as pushups. All right. And then let's go ahead and take our regular pushup. And what we'll do is we will link the pushup to body weight and body weight is the first thing that's listed here to give you that option. And we could.
