Ai Uploader
Bring in a program you already have in a spreadsheet instead of rebuilding it by hand. The AI Uploader reads one tab at a time, detects weeks and days, and matches exercises to your database. It imports your template; it does not write one.

Hey there, in this video we're going to walk through how you can use the AI Uploader within Team Builder. What you want to do is first navigate to Build. So in the top corner you'll see Build underneath Calendar. You'll click there and you have two ways to enter. You can either click New Calendar which will prompt you to create a new calendar or you'll also get the AI Uploader when hitting New Program at the bottom here. So if I hit one of those two options I'll be prompted with this screen where I can fill out information to manually create my program or calendar if I've gone through that route. But I will also see this top portion where I can create a new program with AI. In this case we will only be able to upload a CSV Excel file or some template.
That that we may have. We will not be able to build a custom program without having those. This is not an open AI. This is more of a uploading template where you can take programs that you have pre-built and then upload them into Team Builder to be actual programs. So what we want to do is click the Import with AI. You'll be prompted to select the file. I'm going to drag over a file that I have on my desktop. You can see just drag right there. Alternatively you can click on that box and it'll open your files from your computer in which you can select one from there to drag into here.
Once that has been checked for compatibility you can hit Import. It'll take a second and we will go over to step two which will be the Detect. So what it will pick up is each of the tabs. So if you have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs you can only upload one tab at a time. So what we do suggest is if you want an entire program to be uploaded to build out that entire program on a single tab. You'll be able to pick one of those tabs and it will determine how many days of the week and how many weeks were found in that tab. So that's a way to verify that it is picking up everything before you go through the full upload. So I'm going to go with the three day a week one in this case. So.
